Solved Monthly Scan on my Sisters' Computer

I believe I am coming down to the end of it. Just ran a scan with Malwarebytes, and it only found 2 PUPs this time.

It was registry files. It deleted all of the junky registry files it found.

I will try that Callendar. Should I run another scan with Malwarebytes, first?

Looks like everything is okay now thanks to the help you got already. I only mentioned EEK as it can sometimes pick up stuff that MBAM misses. I'd suggest keeping it in mind for future use.

A word of caution if you ever use it - initial scan settings should be set to "report only"
