It could be the mouse itself.
When I try to zoom in our out or scroll pages down or up, the mouse wheel is acting strange. Let's say when I try to scroll up it goes down and a half second later it goes back up... and then it restores it's location to wherever it was. Like I never even used the wheel. Driver problem or the mouse itself? It can't be the mouse because I bought it a few days ago.
