It should be under Mice and other pointing devices.
If you find it right click and disable it

You have two pointing devices and you want to disable the mouse pad.
You said that you have a Logitech mouse. So it should be the other.
If you disable the wrong one you still have the mouse pad to undo.

There is no Disable option on the P\S mouse so i uninstalled it, but it reinstalled after restart. i disabled the Logitech mouse and disabled the USB mouse, not the touchpad.
I don't see on the services list any with the name touchpad or pointing device.
Is it a feature of Win 7 or Lenovo?

I know but i want to disable it permanently. in the instructions it says:
"If you reboot or resume from hibernation/sleep mode or enter Windows, TouchPad will be enabled automatically. Repeat the above steps to disable it. "
I have to disable it each time again

Does hitting F6 disable the Touchpad, if it does it's only a case of hitting F6 after waking the computer to disable it again.

The setting is in Lenovo Utilites, not any others setting &or drivers.

Most Laptop manufacturer do include its own utilities &or settings, as it do not use Windows drivers, etc.

Usually it do not follow the Windows drivers, especially.

That is why it include all its own drivers in their website.

Manufacturer Utilities is for most components, beside the mouse pad, sound & etc.

If you never use it then just disable it in the BIOS. That's what I did on my ASUS laptop since I absolutely hate the built in trackpad.

It's very strange you don't find it under Device Manager. Maybe by Synaptics?
