I'll let others suggest things to uncheck. I'll just say that you should uninstall Java. You probably will not miss it.

Also, take a look at this post:
http://www.sevenforums.com/system-security/320551-windows-firewall-blocking-exe-file-even-after-firewall-disabled-2.html#post2678725

To get a screenshot of the active window, use Alt+Prnt Scrn or Fn+Alt+Prnt Scrn on some laptops.

i thought u need java to be able to view websights and pictures etc ????

Nope - Java pretty much just gets you infected :-(

It used to be used for some minor games inside your browser, but that is harder and harder to find these days.

If you find that you need it, then re-install it. If you don't need it, then you are taking a risk for no benefit.

It's mostly going to come down to what programs you installed that you no longer want or need.

Go ahead and post a screenshot showing all of your Programs and Features, then make a list of which ones you want to uninstall. We'll double check that list first to make sure that they are safe to uninstall. :)

Judging from the two shots I took a close look at, the first thing to do is a decent malware scan.

Please download and install Malwarebytes Anti-malware (free version) from http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/ - UNtick 'Enable free trial of MBAM PRO' at the end of the installation - and update it, then run a full scan in your main account, and Quick scans in any other user accounts.

Delete everything it finds
