MSE Scheduled Scan Problem

I installed MSE last week and I really like it, but I am having a problem with it. I cant get it to run a scheduled scan. I keep moving the time back to try and get it to work but it wont. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I have the check box unchecked that says to only run a scan when the computer is not in use. Anybody know why its not working? Thanks

Please make sure that you have updated your MSE to the latest virus definitions. If not updated, some of the features may be disabled until you update

huh. i cant get it to STOP scanning. it seems to click off every couple of hours, no matter when i have the scan schedule set for.
