MSVCP110.dll is missing system error

Yesterday, when I using notepad and snipping tool to save as my notes and picture that I snap, both programs shows this error"The program can't start because MSVCP110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." Before these, I can use both of these program without any error. May I know how could this happen and how to solve this problem? Thanks.

To the best of my memory 'Notepad' will not display pictures.

Hi Miwa5,
Been looking at your other posts.

Most likely that if you were hit by malware then it possibly deleted/corrupted it,

or

System cleaners also have auto options to adjust/delete parts of snipping tool and notepad.
