Is the data on the other physical drives safe through an installation?
Hopefully this is not a completely unusual installation.
I have a
32GB SSD drive with the windows 7 evaluation build (7100) running well.
This was and will be my Windows 7 ultimate Installation drive and Boot disk.
Multiple other Sata drives previously used as Data Storage (MP3's, JPG's) AND program file installations for the evaluation period.
The question is, can I leave the current data directories in place and utilize them for the new installation? I'd rather leave the music and pictures in place.
I can always go back and clean out the old program folders I think....
Anyone out there have a clue?
