Solved Multiple Errors, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT HANDLED and others

my computer will crash at random moments i have tried wiping the hard drive and re installing the OS and drivers and some of the tips the forums gave to people who had the same problem but its just slows down the computer and the errors just keep coming.
