Hi. I'm having some problems here. My regular 20" LCD screen works just fine, but for some reason my 10" touchscreen wount seem to work. The message "out of range" appears so I guess my windows 7 is sending some signals which the screen cant interpret. The touchscreen works fine with the same VGA cable on any windows XP machine.

Safe mode did the trick. So what kind of setting do I have to change in order to make it work without safe mode? The refresh rate is set to 60hz, there is no other options in the list.
