my laptop having screeching sound how do i solve it ?

Not much to go on. But, sounds like the internal microphone is enabled and its feeding back through the speakers.

Some laptops have a keyboard key to disable the mic. If you have a built in web cam the mic for that may be the problem. You can disable it in the Control Panel/Hardware and Sound and finally the Sound Panel Recording Tab section.
