My Videos Location

Please could someone tell me how to restore the My Videos location to C:?

I changed the locaton of My Videos, Music, Docs and Pictures a while back to point to a second hard drive (E) in case I ever needed to upgrade or had problems with my OS. However, when I moved the My Videos location it now points under My Documents Drive E.

I have now run out of space and want the My Videos moved to another location but when I click on properties the location tab is not there, clicking on defaults does nothing to point it back to C: is there a way to restore the location to the default setting?
