My Windows 7 Product Key lost..

Hi!Can anybody help me!!

I have a product key sticker on my laptop.. but the word product key are now is missing and not clear to read it.. so how i need to find a my product key on other way??

Hello FaEast, and welcome to Seven Forums.

If your laptop is currently activated with this key and not the default OEM SLP key, then you could use one of the options in the tutorial below to get it.

If not, then the key may be gone for good. I find it's always best to keep all product key numbers written down on paper and kept in a safe place. They should be treated like cash.

For what purpose do you need the product key. For example for a reinstallation from the recovery partition or from an OEM installation DVD, you need no key.

If this is an OEM installed OS, the key you find with the keyfinders is useless to you. It can only be applied in conjunction with an OEM installation media.
