Hello there help me please.

Try this before you go to Best Buy. It is simple to do. It's free.
This Tool works really well to get rid of your malware and toolbars and other crap. It's fast.
It is recommended by many folks here at Windows 7 Help Forums.
I have used it quite a few times. It's excellent.

Download it here... hit the big blue bar.
https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/

1. After it downloads, you will have a little Icon.
(I save downloads to my desktop.)
2. Click the Icon > choose Yes
3. It opens the program.
4. Click Scan and wait for it to scan. The grey bar at the top will turn all blue.
5. When it is done scanning, you can then click on Report, if you want to see what it found.
6. Click Clean and wait.
7. Read the little report they give you on how to avoid this crap in the future.
8. Restart your computer and all should be well. :)

*Your Toolbar should gone, along with all the other crap. Good Luck.
Ps. Only once it didn't work for some reason. I simply ran it again and it was gone.
