Native DVD burning doesn't work

I've got a SATA LITE-ON DVDRW LH-20A1L DVD burner.

When I try to burn a DVD with WIN7 "send to ..." it always asks to insert a blank disc, even when it's already blank.

Nero essential has no problem. Anyone see this? I guess I'm off to look for a fw update.

I have same model but all works fine...
My suggestions: 1. stick with nero; 2. do a fw update

Most likely your disk isn't actually blank. If there is even one bit of data it won't work. You can also try Imgburn my favorite. The Official ImgBurn Website
