Power supply up to it? Make and model would help, as if it isn't then you're going to have to factor that into the cost as well.

From what little I can find on that power supply, I wouldn't try using it with a modern video card. What little I can find from some of these,

iBall 450 watt smps - Google Search

is that it has at best 17A on the 12V rail, which isn't enough for much but low end cards, and even then could be pushing it if the power supply is a few years old (found a few forum threads from 6-7 years ago). Also from the looks of it it is an overinflated 450W, and probably closer in spec to a 300-350W power supply.

Now with all that said and using your $150.00, not sure what prices would be like in India (or what is even available) but something like both of these,

Newegg.com - Open Box: MSI N450GTS-M2D1GD5 GeForce GTS 450 (Fermi) 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Newegg.com - XFX Core Edition PRO450W (P1-450S-XXB9) 450W ATX12V 2.2 & ESP12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

would do nicely.

Does it matter how it performs? Because you could get a DX11 card for about $30-$40...

the 6870 is incredibly good value - two of these will conquer most games around..
XFX Shop - Home

you could always buy a second card later, when you're flush..:)
