Need help moving System Reserved partition from 3TB HDD to SSD.

Today I bought a brand new 3TB HDD and a 240GB SSD. I tried to install windows to the SSD, however it has taken it upon itself to install a 100mb System Reserved partition to my HDD.
Normally this wouldnt seem like a problem, however I can't access 764.52GB of this new drive.
My questions are as followed.

How do I move the partition to the SSD?
How do I access all 3TB of my HDD?

I'm starting to pull my hair out with frustration, a push in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

I've been able to avoid the creation of that partition, by pre-partitioning my HDD (using GParted) before attempting to install W7.

Why did you have other hard drives plugged in when you did the install ?

Always unplug any other hard drives when you install windows.

And yes, as stated, if you pre partition the ssd before you install windows you will not get a system reserved partition,

Use a partition wizard bootable cd to pre partition the ssd.

And do not forget to align the ssd. Partition wizard can do that too.
