Confirmed that this fix, downloaded the automatic .reg file, works on a 64-bit machine. I have been looking for a fix to this problem for months after my machine data was recovered and repaired by a local shop.

it solved my problem, this file rebuild the 'FolderDescriptions' registry keys.
