Need help urgent/ problem with windows 7

Can you please help me with this issue!! I cannot connect to internet from my laptop when I turn on the laptop this is the first message that open and after that when I go to chrome its not working..

Thank you I hope its gonna work! and if avast find a problem in my laptop should click on : repaire or delete the problem?

If it finds something it should automatically quarentine it, if not delete it.

hello yeah thats what was happening everytime it find something it qyarentine it ! but when the scan finish and the lapotop turn on again I still have the same problem and the same message and still not working !! help please
