Need Instant Microphone playback software

Hello, I'm CrazyKilla

I need some SOFTWARE that can INSTANTLY play back my microphone to me,
by SOFTWARE and INSTANTLY I mean I already know of the default windows method, it delays the playback and I don't like it.

If it is USB connected mic you aren't going to get it, there will be a delay with Windows 7.

Has to be a mic direct into mic port. (on-board or soundcard)

'Feature' - I hate it too, Windows change from XP to 7/8 unfortunately.
