Need to get back to startup

I have windows xpsp3,Tried to download windows 7.It keeps rebooting ,It stops on safe mode screen ,then continues to reboot ,Have tried almost everthing <Press enter ,f8 ,f11,I can get to the bios screen .I there anything that I can do from there or Am I srewed.If Ican get to the startup I have xp3 on flashdrive

Can you get to boot order in Bios

If not look for the reset button. Alittle hole at the bottom of the laptop, just use a toopick to access it.
