need wifi help

i just reformatted my pc now my usb wifi is installed but will not pick up my wifi but will connect to others my router supports b/g/n im running the class n how do i get it to connect to my wifi and not someone elses

Within Network and Sharing Center, go to Manage Wireless Adaptors, click add, enter wireless SSD & details; or, left-click on the wireless icon in notification tray area -- find your wireless -- highlight it, click connect, then fill in the details. I like the Manage Wireless Adaptors area better because one can set all the options, including the option of automatically connecting to the preferred wireless; and moving the preferred wireless to the top of the list.

Did you say will not pick up that means can not see your Network or Not able to connect ???
Please check if SSID broadcast is enabled in your Router??

check your router settings and uncheck the hide ssid checkbox
