need windows explorer expert help
need someone to tell me how to change permissions for windows explorer for arranging pics in folders...rather than just being stuck on ' view ' .

I need to be able to move the pictures around inside a folder according to their priority as I choose...I'm facing a situation where i cant do that with my current laptop. either I need to have the permissions in windows explorer changed to enable that or something else to unlock my need to - left click, drag and place a pic in a folder where I want it to appear.

answer : microsoft has removed the disable auto-arrange feature for files and folders in windows 7.
