Nero9 and Labelflash problems with windows 7

Just got a new Gateway sx2800-01r with a labeflash equipped optical drive and Nero 9. I get a burn failed message every time I try to burn a label on a DVD. Also my Quickbooks 2008 and Office 2003 do not work properly. I'm assuming they all have issues with Windows 7 (or vis versa) but the compatibility check says all should work fine. Anybody got a suggestion on what I can try before dumping Windows 7 and going back to Vista?

Labelflash fix

Try going to Yamaha's website.
They have a program called LabelMaker Index.
I installed the program and it found the Power to Go software that I use and linked to it.
Now when I open power to go I see the LabelFlash choice in the Label menu.
