Net Framework 4.5.1 install failed. Code 643

There doesn't seems to be for me a way of installing this update (KB2858725), i tried with windows update and downloading the installer from microsoft´s website. i tried some things related with the permissions but i don't have a clue what to do.

I attach the logs if someone has some time to spend on it

I have had this before and I found it was prom a lack of permissions.

Had the same problem with .NET framework 4.5.1 update; the problem turned out to be that the C:\Program Data\Microsoft\Net Framework directory didn't have the right permissions to be able to be written to by the installer. I simply created the directory and set permissions on all C:\Program Data directories to "SYSTEM: Full Control", "Administrators: Full Control" and "CREATOR OWNER: Full Control." Next time I used update it worked perfectly.

Nop, cannot give full control to CREATOR to the ProgramData folder, I just hit apply and the boxes get unchecked instantly, no error message, nothing. Also I create Netframework and Net framework directories and i cannot give full control to creator for the same reason. I keep getting code 643.

Failed to install NET 4.5.1

Hi guys

I am new to this forum and would like some help with a failed windows update. I get the following error message:"NET Framework 4.5.1 has not been installed because: Fatal error during installation". I have tried the NetFxRepairTool but i still get the same error.

I even tried the offline installation of NET 4.5.1 but still no joy. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have included an error log attachment
