unable to install .Net framework 4.5.2 error code (0x80070643)

I have trouble with installing .net framework 4.5.2 for my OS: Windows 7 home premium 64bit

each time I run the installer it states a fatal error has occured and the installation has been terminated, ofcourse that would get you to google the error code and try those solutions, to no avail.

Every solution the windows page around the subject did not work to improve anything and this issue is driving me insane.

I need the framework to run some programs I wanted to use for some video games I own.

I also manged to locate this log but I cant make sense out of it.

Every bit of advice would help.

Hello and welcome Zeimaster there is a link from another tutorial you can try - Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 (Offline Installer) for Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2008 SP2, Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2 from Official Microsoft Down if you haven't tried it already.

Some of us have to have this to read BSOD dumps and I have installed this on five machines without a hitch..

Sorry for a very delayed response, but I have already tried all microsoft solutions they had to offer but they did not help my problem at all.

This issue became a bigger problem due to the fact that my Nvidia drivers need updates that the lack of .net Framework has made me unable to even open the Nvidia program, or say install a newer version.

I realy need some help with this issue.

I would prefer going trough this issue step by step so that I can make some sense from it too so I can avoid any future problems with .NET framework
