Network Printer Driver Error

I have 7 pro 64 bit and when I try to add a network printer I get the message that Windows can't find the drivers, so I locate them manually, but Windows tells me it can't connect to the printer. I have other 64 bit pros that install the network printer fine, but with this one computer I been having this issue. It won't let me install any of the other network printers also. I get the same error message when I try installing any network printers.

Any help would be great!

Have you installed the OEM drivers on your 7 pro PC? Not drivers that came with windows. Also, check network and sharing center and make sure network discovery is turned on.

How is the network printer connected to your network? Through a PC or directly connected to your ap? If through a PC, what OS is it running (incl. its bit format).

The problem for this particular printer was that the wrong driver was installed on the network. I installed the right driver from the printer company's website and now I have no problem connecting and printing from that printer.
