networking problem mentioned in event viewer

basically lm seeing quite a few of the below:

Router Advertisement settings have been changed on the network adapter 13. The current M - Managed Address Configuration flag is false and the O - Other Stateful Configuration flag is false. User Action: If you are seeing this event frequently, then it could be due to frequent change in M and O flag settings on the router in the network. Please contact your network administrator to have it resolved.

while l have mentioned an issue with the wireless elsewhere, l was contemplating it leading to USB 3.0, however lm wondering if this is why my wireless isnt 100% speedwise.

fyi l dont use the lan connection its disabled, and l prefer wireless as lve had bad experiences in the past with surges coming through my router/phone line which is why l opt for wireless.

but if the above leads me to a possible reason for my issues lm wondering what it means.

l guess the wireless issues arent down to this log in event viewer, seems my laptop which has no wireless issues (speed stays constant) is producing the same logs. guess changing the adapter is all l can do for the moment.
