I'm not a BSOD expert. Until one comes along to look at this, there are a couple of things you can do to help them. First, it would help if you gave as much info about your system as you can. At the top of any Forum page click on "User CP" and then click "Edit System Spec" in the left column. Fill in as much info about your computer as you can. Also indicate if it's a desktop or a laptop.
You could also provide a bit more info about how often the BSODs occur, if they occur at startup or after the computer has been on for a while, when performing a particular task, etc. Also, when you say it's a "new clean computer" does that mean you just bought it / built it? Or did you just reinstall the operating system and all other programs, etc?
Malware and high temperatures can cause many BSODs. If you haven't already done so do a full malware scan. (You may have to do it in Safe Mode.) Three highly recommended and free malware scanning tools are:
Malwarebytes
ESET Online Scanner
Windows Defender Offline
To monitor temperatures you could use this free utility:
Speccy
If you can access Safe Mode through Advanced Boot Options, you might be able to return your computer to a working state by using a system restore point from a date/time prior to when the problem began.

You could also see if your computer has any damaged or corrupt system files. Also from Safe Mode try running a system file checker scan from an elevated command prompt (option two.) If problems are found, run the scan 3 times and reboot your computer after each scan.
