New drive named C causing old C drive to be inaccessable

My old C drive wouldn't boot and I thought it was failing. I installed a new SSD I had and put Windows 7 on it. Now the new drive is C which is causing all of the files on the old C drive to be unusable do to bad path name. I am not sure how to fix this. I really need all of that data.

Right click on the top folder (in the left pane of Explorer) of each category > Properties > Location tab and change to the new location
