New Error on 7127 x64

Hi, I've been into this problem for about 30 minutes, Everytime I tried to install a program I ran into this error, cannot open Photoshop (already installed), Thunderbird, or another software.:shock:

any one have an idea?

Were there any visible issues during [Windows] install?

Was this a clean [Windows] install or upgrade?

Im on x64, and ive never seen that before, and +1 to win7user512.

People, strage error since I rebooted the machine and not happening again. This was a clean installation like always I do, I dont like upgrades :S. No issues on installation neither on win 7, except for the bug with wireless.
