New fonts not showing up in Photoshop CS3

I downloaded a few new fonts from Defont and they are not showing up in my font selection in Photoshop. They did, however, appear in my font folder on my C drive. How do I use them in Photoshop?

I use CS5 and CS6 but sometimes ive had to restart the program an then they work, im not sure if you've tried that or maybe restart the computer?

Thanks for the advice - I did that with no results. I am going to make sure the updated font file is located in my C drive.
