New ram, new BSOD?

I did a clean install of w7, not very many programs on it, just antivirus and a few games. I also installed new RAM today because my old one was faulty and was causing a lot of my bsods. I ran memtest on this new ram and it passed 3 times before I stopped it.

System Info:
W7 32 bit
Full retail version
Hardware is around 5 years old, with some parts 0-3 years (psu/gpu/RAM)


I recently got a this BSOD:

Driver_power_state_failure
0x0000009f

I have attached the necessary documents for you to feast on to hopefully help me figure this one out.

While waiting around for the excellent dump analyzers here, let me suggest completing your system specs.

UPDATE YOUR SEVENFORUMS SYSTEM SPECS


User CP (3rd item in the top menu bar) |
in left-hand column, under Your Profile, Edit System Spec |


Use Speccy - System Information - Free Download
and/or SIW to gather info for filling in the blanks.

Do me a favor and add the word laptop or desktop to the “system manufacturer” block.

Use the “Other Info” block for Optical Reader, Mouse, touchpad, wifi adapter, speakers, monitor

Scroll down and click on the SAVE CHANGES button.

Blue screen of death (STOP error) information in dump files.

Oh, I actually have that program and completely forgot about it.
