New windows update, Chrome crashes?

Hello there, I recently updated Windows 7 and now my browser seems to crash a lot. I dont know if this is directly related, but i would like to get this figured out. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

It fixed most of the problems, but i get a list of other things not fixed. Windows Update error 0x8024402c (2013-07-15-T-05_09_51P), Problems with recent update, and Corrupted files.
