I have just experienced the worst nightmare of my years of computing life attempting to contact any software company: My Commerce and EaseUS. I had download a trial version of EaseUS Home. Hours earlier tonight I purchased EaseUS 8.8 Workstation through My Commerce and was sent a purchase confirmation, license code, etc. It said: "You will receive additional information via email shortly." I have not received a download link. A little while ago the TRIAL version icon popped up on my screen out of the blue.
Nightmare: It is impossible to get through to MyCommerce to file customer service request.. After filling out the request information, McCommerce requires you to play a stupid, idiotic picture game to verify "I am not a robot." You have to selected photos among several that are identical subjects. This I have done at least 10 times. Problem is: the request submission loops and loops and comes back to an empty information box to fill out again – and the game again.
Have any of your attempted to get through to this foreign company CHENGDU YIWO Tech Development Co., Ltd. that developed EaseUS? I apologize for this long posting, but this horrible situation is unlike anything ever. ellenc
