NIS2009 and Action Centre

As You can see action centre reports it as off why?

why r u using nis09.its not fully compatible with win7, dats dis happened. just use nis2010 its light and fully compatible with win7

Go to Control panel >> Action Center, Change Action center settings uncheck all boxes.

u can use ur nis09 key in nis 2010.. dont use nis09.. u will lov nis2010

i didn't do this and it appears to be working fine, during installing it said upgrading so...
