Hi up every since I had to restore my Computer back to factory settings b
Over a year ago because of bad police virus I Had the systems restore could not remove it.
I cannot back up now nor is , their a system restore it says unable to restore also firewall will not work and I have notice when I accidentally leave the compute on without touching it for 10 MTS it will go off saying kernel missing.
ls there a way I can correct this without a windows installation disc?or not bother. Cause the computer working fine tiggs

I hope you have your data backed up with restorable backups on external devices. You just might have to do a clean reInstall of everything. However, let the regulars here give you their best sdvice, there might be ways before resorting to the -- clean ReInstall.

Thanksfor yourreply before I set my computor to factory setting l did save some data but when i tried to restore it it would not restore
I think some virus got into my d drive and corrupted my data
