no internet access even though I am connected

My computer shows that I have an internet connection but cannot access it. (I have tried Chrome, IE, Firefox, and other programs that requires an internet connection but none will work).

Internet works fine in SAFE MODE...

(I have tried changing firewall, proxy, and DNS setting but have had not luck yet...)

Any other Idea of what might be the Problem?

For starters what sort of internet set up are you running cable or wifi?? I am a bit perplexed as to why the net runs in safe mode too as I have found on my machines it would not run??
