Dear All,
Forgive me if this has been addressed- if so just link me , thanks
I had a computer built for me, included in this was a Pioneer BD internal drive, which worked well with two different softwares (Burnaware & PavTube Bluray ripper).
My issue is that the computer no longer recognizes the drive, I have done some research but cannot find a definitive answer. The "microsoft fix" link I tried wont work as it cant see it and it also does not appear in my device manager. I cannot remember when I last used the drive so I cannot even hazard a guess if I were to try and go back to a restore point.
It powers up as I can open it and it "accepts" a disc, but thats it.
any help anyone can offer is appreciated
Regards David
