No sound at all.

I just installed a new fresh install of windows 7 because my computer needed a clean.

I found out that now my PC has no sound at all. I have tried many other headphones in both front and back headphone jacks.

I'm completely out of ideas on what to try. I really need help for I have to complete a multimedia assignment within a few days.
Sound is extremely important!

Please any advice will be appreciated.

If you need my PC specs, just ask.

After searching and wondering for the last 5 hours, with no help at all from this site (sorry)

I think I may of found my problem, but no solution.

Playback device.

My Mic works fine, part of my headset and I believe this is because there are sufficient playback devices to suit the microphone.

As for the speakers. There are not.


Any help would be appreciated on any sort of solution, or if this is really my problem.
