:info: The problem has been solved by me. :info: For further details read post below.:warn: Ok, I'm no stranger to computers. I just did a fresh install with Windows 7 Home Premium OEM x64 and after Asus RealTek Drivers sound worked good. Then started updating Windows, and have not had sound since. Tried every thing, un-installed drivers, made sure speakers config, and set to default, Installed latest from RealTek, Tried un-installing RealTek w/Device Manager(and files), reboot, let Windows load default drivers, Installed x86, then tried x64, tried to Install Vista x64, ect... Ok now I'm uninstalling all of Windows Updates. Yes everthing is installed correctly, Headphones work on RealTek front Jack, and in rear Jack, Disabled Front Jack. Still nothing. And here is the kicker, It's not Just the RealTek not working, Installed Sound Blaster Audigy Card, same problem, everything installed showed activity on sound Mixer, no sound out of speakers. Sound Blaster not installed any more, Just working on onboard RealTek for now. Please help....
I can't catch up on all my favorite T.V. shows like this... I don't read lips...:zip:

Welcome to the forum
Did you made a re-check for the wiring?
Try to uninstall the windows updates one by one and recheck for the sound.

Update:No Sound, Please I'm pulling hair out...

:info: :warn: I have checked and rechecked the speaker connections, it's a 3.5 mm jack with dual RCA connections on the other end. The sound works with headphones on front and rear jacks. Just retested front and rear jacks. They work just fine with head phones. Just verified that the 3.5/RCA cable works fine. All but two of the Windows Updates are removed. All updates removed w/Add and Remove Programs(built in). All programs removed w/Revo Uninstaller v1.92 Freeware Edition. Registry cleaned with Glary Utilities v2.33.0.1158 and WinUtitilities Free Ver. 10.0
The two remain are: Update KB76902 & Update KB2533552. Reinstalled the latest driver from RealTek: Vista_Win7_R260 install complete, reboot, no sound, un-installed. Asus RealTek_Audio_V51005859_V6015859 install complete, reboot, no sound, un-installed. Reinstalled Mother Board Drivers, reboot during install as needed, THE SOUND WORKS!!!!!!! Now I will reinstall updates one at a time untill I find the offending update. Once I find it, I will post what update it was. Thank you to all who read this and tried to help. Again Problem Solved!!!! :warn: :info:

Well done.

Next time you get to end of tether - just try a 'system restore' to interval just before the updates.

Takes about 20mins max ;)

Sorry about that John, and every one else. That happens sometimes when you've been working on something for three days straight.
The updates are kb976902 and kb2533552 below are the links from Microsoft on what the updates are for and more or less why they can not be uninstalled.
:note:
kb976902 = Description of the Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 installation software feature update

kb2533552 = An update that prevents a "0xC0000034" error message when you try to install Windows 7 SP1 or Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 is available

Again thanks for the support, and the help everyone. Happy Computering.
