no soundmax audio present

this message is comming for last two months,idon,t know what it is and how to solve it

When does it appear?

What was done just previous to it appearing?

Do you have sound at all?

Model of the HP laptop in question?

Audio:

1. Install MS USS driver and reboot.

2. Install the soundmax audio driver and reboot.

Probably both found on HP.com under drivers for your specific model.
