Hi, this is just a simple way to see what is on your machine.At the Start Orb / Search, type into the box, SYS, click on the System Information at the top of the search Menu,This will open up a page with some information on it.Take a picture of the page using the Snipping tool and post it up here, as per the picture below.Thank You.

What are you worried about. If you are that worried make a backup of your system before you do anything.

updated MSI and processor...that's cool though but not primary problem solved

So you followed the instructions and it updated two items for you. Go there once a month or so and check to see if
there is anything new for your machine, it can only be for the better.

Post a picture of your device manager with the sound icon open as per my picture.

Ok try this, in your sound in Device manager, right click on High Definition Audio Device and click on uninstall.

When it uninstalls it go to the top of the Device manager page and click on the Action button and then on Scan for hardware Changes, and let Windows reinstall it and see if it fixs it.

done that. win installed again same audio device and again nothing...no stereo.
what do you say about Realtek Audio R2.36 driver? final version which contains its software with drivers? if i download it and set audio line out to rear blue in?
