No Video with Dell Latitude E6510

Hello,

When i start my Dell Laptop Latitude E6510 i get no screen. When i connect an external screen i can see the system did start and i waitong for me to logon. While i am starting i also do not see the bios startup on the screen.

What can this be?

Hello Johan ... can you hear the sound of booting up in your dell ? If so, you have two alternatives to do.

First, if it falls within warranty, ask the vendor to replace it . And second, if the warranty is expired, you are to get a new display unit .
