Hi,
I'm using ESET Smart Security on Windows 7 Premium and it works fine.
My friend also has Windows 7 Premium and he's using the basic ESET
anti virus without any problems at all.
I think it's the best one out there !

ESET Nod32 works good with win7.

I'm using ESET Nod 32 AntiVirus and regular scanning with Malwarbytes' Anti-Malware is a sufficient defense, by my opinion.

I can report i had issue's with Nod32 V4.0.437 (64bit version). Basically windows would boot up and within 30 seconds the whole system would lock. Not a full lockup though. Mouse would still move and such, i just couldn't open any windows.

So i tried a slightly lower version (That i'm still running now) V4.0.314 and i've not had a single problem with it.

But the first/higher version i tried could of just been a bad file/install or something. Anyway i've been a user of Nod32 since it's release and it's never let me down yet. It's said to be the gamers choice and that's good enough for me ;)
