Not able to access internet without vpn

Problem is with only one network connection

I have a very weird problem i use hotspot shield for accessing web now the problem is that i am not able to connect to internet after uninstalling hotspot shield network property show " no internet access". Also the reason for uninstalling the software is that without it the same problem " no internet access" and when i connect using hotspot shield it connects.

Now the weird thing is that most of the time when i switch on torrent download it after 2-3 minutes connects and starts downloading and also network properties shows "internet access", but no other software has internet access even ping requests fails but torrent keeps on working.

Now as sometime on some network we have to change the IP settings so as to access internet after using torrent but then it again gives " no internet access".

I already have tried all those solution about LAN proxies, resetting DNS client and DHCP client
reinstalling hotspot shield.

I also changed the mac address but still the same


P.S. i am able to connect to internet if i connect by some other network connection
and also other pc's, laptop's and other wireless systems are able to connect to same network on which i am getting "no internet access"

Just as a quick shot in the dark. With hotspot shield uninstalled (I recommend uninstalling it with Revouninstaller as it will delete all files associated with it and wont leave anything behind), go into Internet Options > Advanced > Click Restore Advanced Settings > Click Apply

See if that helps, you may need to restart PC.

Please post IPconfig information as well..

Note: If you would like a text file output. From the command prompt (black screen), Copy and Paste these ipconfig /all >c:\ipconfig.txt then press enter. You will find the output in your Local Disk ‘C’.
To post the output in a Forum or Notepad, right click on the Command Prompt Window and choose Select All, then press Enter, open up Notepad or go to your Post from the Forum right click on it and choose Paste.
