not enough free resources?? (2nd video card)

I have 2 8600 GT 512 video cards, 4GB installed RAM, etc... in device manager one of the cards is enabled, one says

"This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)
If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system."

It worked fine in XP. I have 2 additional displays I'd like to control with the second video card. I do not have them connected in Sli. I uploaded a pic of the error message. Help please!

There is a small chance that a bios upgrade, if available for your mainboard, could fix this.

there's a beta one according to the MSI website, are there any other options which may help?

Thank you, I finally installed that beta bios and got the message ''your computer is sli capable, click here to enable sli (recommended)"
