Hey sevenforums, I've got an issue. Okay, on my PC before I installed this famous game called Warcraft III Reign of Chaos and Frozen Throne. By default it should be on full screen of the PC but now that I have my new PC the games said above are not on full screen. Both of its sides has black colors and the screen is settled in the middled of it. How can I make it full screen again?

I also checked another similar PC, we both have the same resolution 1366 x 768, they are on full screen.

Why is this so? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Give this a bash.

Go to Start>Run>RegEdit. Go to the following registry key

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Warcraft III\Video

There are two variables you need to change: resheight and reswidth.

Make sure you change the default hex value to decimal value.

Example - 1920x1200 resolution.

reswidth = 1920
resheight = 1200

Restart Warcraft 3 for the change to take effect.

I finally solved it! It seems that the resolution of Warcraft 3 is on counter with the resolution on the graphics driver such as NVIDIA, ACER, etc.. so the trick is to "harmonize" the resolution in warcraft 3 with your graphics driver like in my case I tick "scale full screen" or for NVIDIA tick "use NVIDIA scaling" .. that's it .. :D
