Not loading Windows 7 home premium screen

I'm in need of some help.
I just bought myself a new computer
And had my friend install windows.
It was working great for about two
Days, but then it froze, so I reset it
and now it won't load past the "blue
windows 7 home premium" screen
It randomly flashes black periodically
But won't go past it. I've tried running
In safe mode but it still doesn't work
Any help would be appreciated

Where did your friend get the Windows installation media from? Did he purchase it for you? Or copy it from somewhere?

I think he just had a copy at his house, I'm honestly not sure

Try a clean install again.....make sure the source is legitimate
