Thanks, guys. Before my injury I was a whiz with 200 sites plus I had built a few computers. Now I'm like a dumb newbie 
I have only blue screened when the Geek Squad was here last week with my Bluetooth printer issue. IRQ errors. They'll be back on Friday to fix what they f*cked up. I can't open the 3 dmp files -- let them figure it out.
My netbook is slow but virus free. I treat this like my old desktops with 16gb ram. I'll do the bloatware check and post results.
The NOT RESPONDING message just irks me.
