ntdll.dll problem

I have used my computer for around 2 years, had one hard-drive removed, had windows changed, etc. Since around 20 days when I start Skype, Messenger and Metin2 they turn into not responding right when I start them and the last 2 close. I've checked in Event Viewer at administrative events and it seems like all of them are stopped by the ntdll.dll file. I tried lots of fixes found on google but none of them worked for me. I've reinstalled my anti-virus(norton internet security) but it still doesn't work. I've reinstalled all the programs like 10 times and still nothing. Thanks in advance for any kind of help.

Thanks for answering . I am at the moment in safe mode and the same error is appearing on my log for my skype. Metin2 starts up and closes without saying anything.
